FirstOak Bank in Pueblo is looking to add a Loan Processing Assistant to our staff. This entry level
position supports loan processors, applicants, loan officers, and appropriate third parties by ensuring

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist loan processors to prepare loan documents
- Scan and track loan documentation for processors
- Verify loan documents for accuracy, compliance and completeness
- Knowledgeable in documentation requirements for a variety of loan types (commercial, consumer, construction, agricultural, and real estate)
- Accurately perfect security interests for all loan types
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent required, some related college courses or degree desired.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Quick learner
