Loan Processor Assistant

FirstOak Bank in Pueblo is looking to add a Loan Processing Assistant to our staff. This entry level position supports loan processors, applicants, loan officers, and appropriate third parties by ensuring the timely, accurate and compliant processing of all types of loans. Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist loan processors to prepare loan documents
• Scan and track loan documentation for processors
• Verify loan documents are accurate, compliant and complete
• Knowledgeable in documentation requirements for a variety of loan types (commercial, consumer, construction, agricultural, and real estate)
• Accurately perfect security interests for all loan types

Qualifications:

• High School degree or equivalent required, some related college courses or degree desired
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Quick learner
